1. Acceptance

By purchasing a Brave Bull™ service, creating a Client Portal account, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. What Business in a Box™ includes

Business in a Box™ carries a one-time $697 professional service fee. Depending on the package you purchase, it may include business formation assistance, EIN assistance, business banking setup guidance, a business mailing address, a business phone line, a professional website, digital/social presence setup, and progress tracking through the Client Portal. The exact deliverables shown at checkout govern your order. Government filing fees and third-party setup and operating costs are separate and paid by you.

3. Government fees

State filing fees, expedite fees, registered agent renewals, and annual report fees are set by government agencies and are separate from, or itemized within, your purchase as disclosed at checkout. Government fees are non-refundable once submitted.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information for all filings.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information required to complete your launch.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your Client Portal credentials.
  • Comply with all laws applicable to your business, including licensing and tax obligations.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Brave Bull™.

5. Not legal, tax, or financial advice

Brave Bull™ is not a law firm, accounting firm, or credit repair organization. We provide business formation and administrative services. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or credit repair advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. You should consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. Credit and funding statements

Any reference to business credit, personal credit optimization, credit monitoring, or funding describes services and educational guidance only. Results depend on your own credit profile, income, and lender criteria. Brave Bull™ does not guarantee approval, any specific credit score, or any funding amount.

7. Turnaround times

Timelines quoted on this site are estimates. Actual timing depends on state processing queues, IRS availability, and how quickly you supply required information.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment you authorize the charge shown at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

Brave Bull™, Business in a Box™, Success Pass™, and all site content, design, and copy are owned by Brave Bull™. Deliverables produced for you — your entity documents, website content, and brand assets — belong to you once paid in full.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to conduct unlawful activity, misrepresent your identity, evade creditors or regulators, or interfere with the security of this website or the Client Portal.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brave Bull™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful use, or abuse of our team. You may stop using the Client Portal at any time.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
