Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of your Brave Bull™ service fee at any time before we submit your state formation filing or begin EIN processing. Contact us and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Once your entity filing has been submitted to the state, or once your EIN application has been filed with the IRS, that portion of the work cannot be reversed. From that point:

• Government filing fees, expedite fees, and registered agent fees are non-refundable — these are paid to third parties and are not recoverable by Brave Bull™.
• Completed service components (formation filing, EIN, address activation, phone provisioning, website build) are non-refundable once delivered.
• Any service component not yet started is refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Success Pass™ enrollment is refundable before your intake is submitted to our credit service provider. Once enrollment is transmitted and monitoring is activated, the enrollment fee is non-refundable. Credit outcomes are never guaranteed, and refunds are not issued based on credit results.

Websites, brand assets, documents, and other digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered to you or published, because they cannot be returned.

Email info@brave-bull.com or call 866-480-8861 with your name, the email used at checkout, and your order date. We acknowledge every request within two business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve billing issues quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and suspend service delivery while the dispute is reviewed.
