Brave Bull Partner Program Affiliate Agreement

Partners earn 20% ($139.40) on Brave Bull's $697 professional service fee only. Government filing fees and third-party costs are never commissionable. Referrals are attributed for 60 days from the first click.
This agreement has not yet been reviewed by outside legal counsel. Brave Bull should have it reviewed by an attorney before affiliate recruiting is scaled.
1. The relationship
You are an independent contractor promoting Business in a Box™ on behalf of Brave Bull. This agreement does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship, and it does not authorize you to make commitments on Brave Bull''s behalf.
2. Commission and what is commissionable
- Commission is 20% of Brave Bull''s $697 professional service fee — $139.40 per completed qualifying sale.
- Government filing fees, state fees, registered agent costs and other third-party costs are never commissionable.
- A sale qualifies once payment clears and is not refunded, charged back or cancelled.
3. Attribution
- Referrals are attributed through your personal referral link or QR code.
- The attribution window is 60 days from a customer''s first click.
- Self-referrals, purchases made by you or your household, and purchases where attribution was manipulated are not eligible for commission.
4. Payouts
- Commissions are recorded automatically and reviewed before payment.
- Payouts are issued manually by the Brave Bull team on a periodic basis.
- You must provide valid payout details and complete your W-9 tax information before any payment can be released.
- Brave Bull may withhold, reverse or void commissions tied to refunds, chargebacks, fraud or violations of this agreement.
5. How you may promote
- Use only creative published in the Brave Bull marketing toolkit, or your own honest content.
- Never guarantee business results, income, approval times, credit outcomes or government processing times.
- Never claim to be Brave Bull, Brave Bull staff, a law firm, an accountant or a government agency.
- Never provide legal, tax or financial advice on Brave Bull''s behalf.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly wherever required by the FTC.
6. Prohibited activity
- Paid search bidding on Brave Bull brand terms without written permission.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email or SMS, misleading claims, fake reviews, or incentivized clicks.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes or any technical manipulation of attribution.
- Coupon, cashback or trademark-infringing domains and profiles.
7. Brand and intellectual property
Brave Bull grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved Brave Bull names, logos and creative solely to promote Business in a Box™. All intellectual property remains owned by Brave Bull, and this license ends when your partner status ends.
8. Confidentiality and customer data
Customer information you encounter through the program is confidential. You may not export, sell, share or use customer data for any purpose other than a referral to Brave Bull.
9. Suspension and termination
Brave Bull may suspend or terminate your partner status at any time, with or without cause. Unpaid commissions earned in good faith before termination will be paid, except where the termination stems from fraud or a material breach.
10. Changes to this agreement
Brave Bull may publish a new version of this agreement. When a new version takes effect, you will be asked to accept it in your partner dashboard, and continued promotion requires acceptance.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes on commissions you earn. Brave Bull collects W-9 details for records and may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Legal review
This agreement is a working version provided by Brave Bull. It has not yet been reviewed by outside legal counsel.
